HVAC Sales and Comfort Advisor
Position Summary
The HVAC Sales and Comfort Advisor is responsible for driving sales of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and services. This role involves identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation through closing. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation:
Conduct site visits and assess client HVAC needs; provide expert recommendations on system design, installation, or replacement.Proposal & Quoting:
Prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and presentations to customers, outlining technical details and value propositions.Sales Process Management:
Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Collaboration:
Work with project managers, technicians, and installers to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on schedule.Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain records of sales activities in Service Titan CRM, track progress toward goals, and provide accurate forecasts to management.After-Sales Support:
Ensure client satisfaction post-installation and identify opportunities for ongoing maintenance contracts or system upgrades.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience:
2+ years of proven HVAC sales experience (B2C preferred); familiarity with HVAC systems, installation, and service processes.Skills:
Strong customer based understanding of HVAC systems and controls (we will train!).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Service Titan, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Valid driver’s license.
Performance Metrics
Sales revenue generated (monthly/quarterly targets)
Conversion rate of leads to closed deals

Growth of maintenance agreement portfolio
Compensation
GENEROUS - Base salary plus commission
