Your Mission: Lead With Excellence

As our HVAC Install Lead, you’ll manage residential and light commercial system installs across the Carlsbad area. Each day starts by prepping the truck, reviewing the job, and leading your install crew with precision and pride.

You’ll:

• Manage full system installations from start to finish

• Ensure jobs are completed to code and company standards

• Guide and mentor junior installers on your crew

• Perform final system checks and walkthroughs

• Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners

• Represent our values in the field with every interaction

You’ll be working full-time Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM (some Saturdays as needed). And you’ll never be just a number — you’ll be a leader with impact, shaping the reputation we’ve built since 1990.

What You Bring:

• EPA certification

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience

• Strong mechanical and organizational skills

• Ability to lead and mentor a team

• Reliable tools and valid CA driver’s license
